Functionalities to manage your club

The FOYS Club Management System is designed to integrate all key functions to manage your club. 

Typically, FOYS collaborates closely with federations to offer a sport-specific version of our Club Management System, as part of their (white-labeled) platform. Often, federations offer all their clubs a free version of the FOYS Club Management System with basic administrative functionalities. This allows clubs to manage the club, team, and member information that is being shared with that federation, as well as functions related to competition calendars, registrations, match forms, and results.

Clubs can also upgrade to the premium version of the FOYS Club Management System, including all functionalities to manage your club. From administration to invoicing, from bookings to rentals, from newsletters to push notifications, from volunteer planning to field planning. Furthermore, the mobile app created for your federation will contain your club’s content such as news, messages, calendar, member list, photo’s and much more.

Included functionalities and related pricing are sport-specific and aligned with the federation partners. FOYS works with license fees per active member, which includes almost all functionalities to avoid hidden costs. The exceptions are the development and maintenance of club websites, and in case of significant extra support of our staff.

Sometimes, federations offer their clubs the premium Club Management System at a discount or even for free, to stimulate user growth of their own platform. In any case, through the partnership between FOYS and federations, clubs will not be confronted with sudden cost increases.
